The cost of our services is 10% of the total budget of the wedding with a minimum fee of 3.500 Euro, excluding transportation costs (paid for over 100 km)

 

OUR LIST SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Search and visit locations

• Tasting menu

• Search for the vendors

• Symbolic ceremony organization

• Design and styling

• Flowers and decor

• Stationary

• Photographer/videographer

• Music (live, Dj, etc..) and other entertainment

• Stylist/Make-up

• Transfer (Bus, Boat, etc.) on the wedding day

• Hotel/apartment search and booking  

• Presence wedding planners on the wedding day 

• Management and control of the vendors before, on and after the event                     

 

     EXTRA SERVICE PACKAGE INCLUDE:

• Organisation of the welcome dinner (location search, negotiations)

• Organisation of the brunch after the wedding or boat tour

• Transfers on the other dates except of the wedding day

 

      ORGANISATION OF THE CIVIL CEREMONY OR WEDDING IN CHURCH:

• Assistance in documents’ preparation

• Booking date in the town hall and embassy

• Appointment with the couple in the town hall for getting Nulla Osta

• Translator on the wedding day

 

How we are working:

At the time when you opt for us, we conclude a contract with you for the provision of services. Prepayment under the contract at the initial stage is 50%, the balance is one month before the celebration. An amount of 50% is paid for the period of searching for a location and suppliers, after drawing up and confirming the estimate, you will need to make an advance payment from 10-30% to contractors. You can do this through us or directly.

 

 

Our working studio is located on Lake Maggiore in the city of Arona, but we work throughout Italy. We take care of all the preparation and organization of the wedding celebration.
