Laura and Max’s September wedding at Villa Rusconi Clerici on Lake Maggiore was an elegant celebration inspired by the timeless glamour of Old Hollywood and the romantic spirit of Frank Sinatra.

From the very beginning, the day had the atmosphere of a classic film. Max arrived at the villa in a Porsche convertible, setting the tone for a celebration filled with effortless sophistication, tailored details and Italian elegance.

The historic interiors of Villa Rusconi Clerici provided the perfect backdrop for Laura’s bridal preparations, with her beautiful gown, cathedral-length veil and refined details creating an unmistakably cinematic bridal look.

A gentle September rain accompanied the ceremony, adding an unexpected touch of romance to the lakeside setting. And then came the boat ride across Lake Maggiore — a moment that felt almost like a scene from another era, with the lake, the mountains and the elegance of the newlyweds creating their own little piece of Italian cinema.

The evening continued with an exceptionally elegant reception, filled with soft florals, candlelight, crystal glassware and delicate white details. Every element was classic and sophisticated, while still feeling warm and timeless.

One of the most memorable moments of the evening was Laura and Max’s first dance. The couple had prepared a choreography with their dance instructor especially for the occasion, choosing “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra. It was the perfect soundtrack for their celebration — romantic, graceful and unmistakably Old Hollywood.

A wedding with the soul of a classic film, the elegance of Lake Maggiore and a little Sinatra magic.
